Raw Snicker Bites


If you are looking for a super rich, but healthy treat, you have come to the right place! These raw, vegan snicker bites are a healthier replacement for chocolate. If you have a sweet tooth like me, and need your occasional chocolate fix, these will let you have it without feeling bad about it!


The coconut oil and cocoa powder are super healthy and the peanut butter contains lots of protein. I think I will keep some of these in the freezer at all times from now on- I have found the perfect treat! :)


Ingredients:
bottom layer
  • 6 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp cocoa
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
top layer
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocount oil

Instructions:
Blend ingredients for bottom layer in a food processor, fill into small, flat container and freeze while preparing top layer. Blend ingredients for top layer and pour over the other, frozen layer. Freeze container, then cut the frozen mass into pieces. You can store them in the freezer, they will last long and taste amazing right out of the freezer!
